Chocolate

I've added a new page about my Chocolate video installation, which was a second year project when I was at uni. You can watch the video, and read all about the installation.

Chocolate is one of my great passions, and my great great frustrations since going vegan! It is the only food that I really miss/haven't found a replacement for. I still consume lots of cocoa in a variety of guises, but I've yet to find a vegan substitute for milk chocolate that's a remotely satisfactory replacement for that most crucial of foods. Watching this video is both a satisfying and frustrating reminiscence of my even more chocolatey past.
